Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had a chemical smell but was comfortable, though there were not enough bath towels. There was a certain food poisoning scenario, as not even the flies were attracted to the food. The service was great, with the owner trying to renovate the hotel and the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, near the mall and not far from Cornell, but there were some unruly individuals hanging out at the entrance. Dining options were limited, and I couldn't wait to leave.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although outdated and old, were surprisingly clean and fantastic. The service was very good and the staff, particularly the person at the desk, was fantastic in attending to all our needs. The location, while easily accessible with shops nearby, looked quite uninviting due to ongoing construction. The dining options were quite good, with a varied selection, but the realization that it was catered in on most mornings was disappointing.
The hotel's rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit with some slight mold damage. However, the floor could have been cleaner, and access to the room through pink doors was a bit complicated. The view overlooks the remains of the pool, and the parking lot needs paving.
